Orders are subject to stock availability. In case of stock discrepancies, we will fulfill available items and contact you to choose whether to wait for backordered items or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with your order, and the displayed shipping price is final.

3. Returns & Exchanges
No Return Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique nature of our products. We encourage careful review of product details, sizing information, and images before purchase. For any questions or assistance, our team is available to help.

4. Delivery Terms
Domestic Transit Time: 2–7 business days. International Transit Time: 4–22 business days (depends on courier and destination). Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. Change of Delivery Address: Address changes can be made before dispatch. P.O. Box Shipping: Available via postal services only. Military Addresses: Available via USPS only. Items Out of Stock: In-stock items are dispatched immediately; backordered items follow once restocked. Delayed Deliveries: Contact customer service if delivery exceeds the estimated time.

5. Tracking Notifications
Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to follow their shipment in real-time.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged in Transit: Reject delivery if possible and contact customer service. Lost in Transit: We process a replacement or refund after courier investigation.

7. Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax: Already included in displayed prices. Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, these are prepaid; no additional fees upon delivery.

8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, refer to the Refund Policy.

9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss or damage as per courier terms. Claims are processed promptly after courier investigation.
